Commercial Projects
Wildhorse Saloon
The Wildhorse Saloon Renovation Project consisted of a 40,000 sq ft overhaul of all public and retail spaces including all new finishes, lighting, and décor. The project spanned 7 months and required the space to remain open for operation during the renovation process.
Ezell-Harding Science Classroom
Renovation of a classroom to enhance learning through improved form and function. Updates included epoxy floors, exposed ceilings, new lighting, cabinetry, doors, and windows—creating a modern, functional science space.
Ryman Hospitality Corporate Offices
A five-story, 14-month modernization completed in phases to avoid operational disruptions. Renovations covered 64,500 sqft, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, fitness facility, and outdoor deck.
Acuff House Renovation
We renovated the historic Acuff House into WSM Radio’s new home, blending studio-grade acoustics with preserved architecture. Upgrades included soundproofing, MEP systems, ADA access, and a visitor exhibit—delivered with both technical and historic care.
Creekwood HS CTE Building
We're building a 7,920 SF CTE facility at Creek Wood High School, featuring specialized labs and classrooms for hands-on career training. With careful coordination on an active campus, the project supports education, innovation, and workforce readiness.
Industrial Projects
Valeo Slab Modification
This project involved removing 7,500 SF of existing concrete and topsoil, then pouring new 12” slabs with 4000 mix and double 5” rebar mats. Finished with ride-on trowels, the slab delivered a durable, burnished surface that met the client’s exact vision.
Hamilton Springs Train Station
The Hamilton Springs Train Station is the first transit orientated development in Tennessee and consists of 38,000 square feet of poured concrete, 12,000 square feet of pervious concrete, and stained concrete to spec.
Civil Projects

Cascades Porte Cochere Renovation
We revitalized the Cascades Porte Cochere with custom pavers and elegant design, all while maintaining guest access and hotel operations. Completed with Studio Topography, the project enhances curb appeal and guest experience with minimal disruption.
Hamilton Springs Train Station

Concrete Projects
Circle Sculpture Installation
We completed the Massey Circle Sculpture Installation at Vanderbilt, transforming the space with site prep, landscaping, and secure placement of a 24-ft sculpture. Finished ahead of deadline, the project now stands as a bold artistic landmark on campus.
Magnolia Courtyard Opryland
As part of enhancing Opryland’s interior courtyard, this project replaced a pond with decorative stamped and colored concrete. Completed in 45 days, it required careful planning and low-emission equipment to meet environmental and operational constraints.
Andy's Frozen Custard – [Mt. Juliet, TN]
Partnering with Willoughby Construction, we delivered structural concrete for a new Mt. Juliet location—including footings, slab on grade, forming, and rebar. Completed on a fast-track schedule, the project met all goals for design, budget, and performance.
